Colour Selections- April 2016

After many hours and days researching, driving around new estates, trips to the brickworks and display homes D-Day had arrived. The day when I had to mesh all of my ideas together, with the assistance of my colour consultant, into what I thought would be an amazing house. There are no words to describe the avalanche of emotions in making decisions based on a few tiny samples of building materials.
Overall, I am really happy with the choices, hope they look great in reality. Below is a picture of the external colour selections.

Internal colour selections
Again more tough decisions.

Choosing a facade

Really not a tricky decision as I liked the classic facade which was included in the base price of the house. The hard bit was selecting the bricks and roof colours.

Choosing a design!

I decided on this design as I loved the large home theatre, spacious kitchen, a centrally placed desk and generous en suite.

Other designs I loved were the Manhattan, quite similar to the Chelsea but it featured a laundry off the kitchen...something I did not like and of course the Havana...maybe next time :)
